Perfect Guest Avatar
Who books, what she wants, and why she chooses you.
September 22, 23 & 24 · 11:00 a.m. Central
Bring it to Training Camp. In three live working sessions, you'll build your Perfect Guest Avatar, document your Hospitality Brand Voice, and use both to rewrite your fall listing for your website and Airbnb.
Three mornings. Three drills. Three finished business assets.
This is the friendly kick in the butt that gets those jobs off your to-do list and gets them DONE.
You aren't bad at AI
You've already built the property. You know which guests walk in and immediately get it. You know which details they mention in their reviews, which questions they ask before they book, and which little touches make them come back.
But your AI doesn't know any of that unless you teach it. So you ask ChatGPT or Claude to write a listing, an email, or a social post, and it hands you something that sounds polished enough...but it could belong to any cabin, condo, glamping tent, or beach house in the country.
Generic marketing is bad marketing.
The answer isn't another clever prompt. The answer is giving your AI the two things it needs before it writes anything for you: a clear picture of your perfect guest and a clear record of how your hospitality brand actually sounds.
In that order.
This is Training Camp
Each morning, I'll coach for about 30 minutes. Then you'll run the drills while I stay in the Zoom room to answer questions, review what you've written, and help you get unstuck.
The room stays open until 12:30 p.m. Central. Leave when your work is finished. Stay when you want another set of eyes on it.
You're the Head Coach of your business. I'm your Offensive Coordinator. You know the team, the property, and the guests. I know the plays, the tools, and how to keep the work moving. You call the shots. I stay in the room until the work is done.
Save My Seat at CampYour camp playbook
These are not sample exercises. They are business assets you'll use again and again.
Who books, what she wants, and why she chooses you.
The language, rhythm, guest phrases, and boundaries AI needs.
One for your website and one written for Airbnb shoppers.
Run the process again for another property, guest, or season.
Use your new documents with Claude, ChatGPT, and other tools.
Your three-day training plan
You're building the foundation first, training the voice second, and putting both into play on day three.
Build the scouting report
Not “families who like the outdoors.” Not “couples.” Those aren't guests. They're categories.
You'll build a specific picture of the person who books and loves your property most: what she's planning, comparing, and worrying the photos don't tell her.
You leave with: a detailed Perfect Guest Avatar and the skill to repeat it.
Train your voice
“Warm, welcoming, and professional” could describe almost every hospitality business on the planet. It isn't enough to make AI sound like you.
You'll document your words, rhythm, personality, boundaries, and the language guests use to describe your hospitality.
You leave with: a Hospitality Brand Voice you can use with any AI tool.
Voice Summary
Calm, confident, and unmistakably real — the warmth of Ina Garten paired with the wry, observational honesty of Anthony Bourdain. Lyrical when describing atmosphere, plain and direct when stating facts.
Signature Words
Sentence Rhythm
Two registers, on purpose. Sensory triples for atmosphere — “amber and rose and deep violet”. Short and declarative for facts — “That's the deal.”
Put it into play
Use your Perfect Guest Avatar and Hospitality Brand Voice to write two versions for two different jobs.
Your website version helps the right guest feel confident booking directly. Your Airbnb version gives platform shoppers the details they need to decide.
You leave with: finished website and Airbnb listing copy.
Website version
Pirate Point isn't one home — it's three. King beds in every bedroom, each one looking out at the swimming area, the canal, or the palms out back. The pool is blue and soothing. The canal wraps around two sides because the lot comes to a point, and that's where the hammocks are.
Airbnb version
Three homes on one canal-wrapped point. Sleeps 12, king beds throughout, heated pool, hammocks over the water. Check-in is at 4 p.m.-ish.
I've done avatar work before, but this guided me through developing my avatar much better than anything I've had before. I actually feel like I know her. My first Facebook post with the AI received 10,000 views, 180 likes and 18 comments. Because I spoke directly to my avatar. Cat Caszatt · Galveston Caszatt Condos
More support, no automatic enrollment
Throughout camp, I'll show you how trained AI skills carry a hospitality marketing plan from one job to the next: social posts, emails, website copy, and guest communication.
You'll see how the pieces fit together, and you'll leave with your own documents and skills to use however you want.
Your camp registration includes one full month of Savvy Host HQ. There is no charge and no automatic enrollment.
When your month is up, decide whether to continue at $97 per month. If not, everything you built is still yours.
October's skill drop is the Photo Librarian. See what it does.
Included with camp
Your camp registration includes a full month inside Savvy Host HQ. Every month I build a new Claude skill for hospitality businesses, show members how to run it, and they keep it. October's is the Photo Librarian, the first skill in my new Content Studio suite.
The perfect sunset shot of the hot tub is already on your computer. It's buried in a folder called "New Folder (3)," somewhere between IMG_4471 and 600 of its identical-looking friends. So you post the same handful of pictures you always post.
109 photos tagged in under a minute. A thousand in under five.
We build it together on a live call Thursday, October 1. If you can't make it live, you'll get the recording and the instructions to run it on your own.
Know before you register
I won't pretend the work does itself. I will tell you it is learnable, useful, and worth doing.
The honest part
It isn't a preview or a watered-down sample. Your Perfect Guest Avatar and Hospitality Brand Voice are the same foundations I use before an AI team starts writing marketing for a hospitality brand.
Yes, you'll see the larger Agency during camp. Yes, I'll tell you how to buy it if you want it. I'd rather say that plainly now than have you feel like you wandered into a three-day pitch.
But camp has to be worth the price even if you never buy another thing from me. That is the deal.
Who's coaching camp?
I've spent more than 20 years building brands and marketing strategies, including the last 14 in tourism and hospitality.
I'm not a host who got lucky and decided to coach marketing. I'm a career marketer who chose this industry on purpose, and I care as much about your guests' experience as you do.
Everything I teach is built on my Guest First Framework™. That's a fancy name for a plain idea: figure out who you're talking to before you decide what to say.
It sounds obvious. Almost nobody does it well.
“Structured, brand-first, and allergic to generic output, which is why I love her so much.”Heather Bayer · Vacation Rental Success Podcast
If you're willing to do the work, I'll bring the plan, the skills, the honest feedback, and the occasional kick in the butt.
Y'all, we're going to get it finished.
The honest answers
No. I'll show you what to click and explain why we're doing it. You will need a Claude account. Claude Pro with Cowork, the desktop app, works best, but you can use a free Claude account too. I'll email a quick-start guide before day one if you need help.
Of course you can. What comes back depends on what the AI knows about your guest, your property, your voice, and what useful listing copy should include. A generic request produces generic copy. During camp, you'll give AI the context and direction it is missing.
Every session is recorded, and you'll receive the recording the same day. Live is better because I can answer your questions and review your work, but you can still complete camp from the recordings.
The Zoom room is open from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Central, Tuesday through Thursday. I teach for about 30 minutes, then we work. Some people will finish in about an hour. Give yourself the full 90 minutes if you can.
Yes. We'll build the avatar and listings for one property during camp. You'll keep the skills and learn how to run them again for your other properties.
Good. You already understand why it matters. This goes further than choosing an age, income, and hobbies. Cat Caszatt had done avatar work before too. After this process, her first AI-assisted Facebook post received 10,000 views, 180 likes, and 18 comments.
No. You'll see the Agency because the skills you're building are its foundation. I'll explain the option once. The rest of our time is for doing the work you paid to do.
Nothing unless you choose it. There is no automatic enrollment in Savvy Host HQ. If you want to continue, membership is $97 per month. If you don't, everything you made during camp is still yours.
The guarantee
Do the work with me, and you can't lose money on this.
If you've done all of that by October 9 and your listing description isn't better than what you have now — or you're just not satisfied with what you spent — you choose: a full refund, or an hour with me on a live strategy call and audit of your business.
Show me your work, tell me which one you want, and it's yours. Requests by October 9.
Your fall listing is already on the to-do list
You can keep moving it to next week. You can keep asking AI to take a guess. Or you can spend three mornings building the foundation and finishing the copy with somebody there to help.
